Return Policy

Digital Media Source Returns Policy

Please review our policies below, as all purchases will be subject to them.

1)      To return or exchange an item, please email us for an RMA within 21 days of the order date. (RMAs will not be issued after 21 days.)

2)      RMA's must be received back within 12 days after the RMA is issued. Merchandise received late will simply be returned to you.

3)      All returns must be shipped by pre-paid freight by the customer. We will not accept any postage due or bill recipient packages.

Terms:

1)      All items must be returned in their complete original packaging. Items returned without Retail packaging (except items sold as "bulk") will be returned to customer.

2)      UPC must be intact. Any items missing a UPC will NOT be eligible for replacement nor refund (except if you purchased a "bulk" item.)

3)      Replacements for defective items are shipped free of charge, subject to inventory on hand.

4)   For items with free shipping, we will deduct a shipping charge of $5.99 per item from the refunded amount plus restocking fee.

5)      Any item returned for refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Certain items are NOT accept for return for any reason!

This includes:  iPods, Zunes, (and other hard drive based MP3 players - Toshiba, Sony, etc), Digital Cameras, GPS units, Mobile Phones, Headphones & Earphones (for hygiene reasons), DVD's CD's, Software, LCD/CRT/Plasmas Monitors and TV's.  For any issues with these items, you will be required to contact the manufacturer directly.
