although i never field-tested its strength under my car, this thumbdrive has performed flawlessly over the past 3 years. i used it mainly to back up my laptop's anesthesia notes during school. its small capacity (by today's standards) is overshadowed by the newer drives.
Best little flash drive I've ever owned Sep 18, 2009
First I bought this because I was like, cool! It's made of titanium and has a blue light! A few months after I had bought it I had though I lost it. Out of whim when I was getting out of my truck I looked down at the ground and there it was. I had ran it over in my driveway with my truck... twice! The metal construction saved the day.
2Gb is a little small these days so I'd spend the extra 2 dollars to double the capacity. Wish they had an even bigger size. I'd like to install windows with it.

I recommend just utilizing their U3 uninstall software and then use it as a regular memory stick. With a little searching after the first time insert into the USB port, you can find the method to rid yourself of all the junk on the stick. Otherwise, it is a fine device. The plastic slide that extends/retracts the USB connector is a bit sticky, but that is a little nitpicky. I have always had good success with SanDisk equipment.
Very good flash drive Jul 01, 2009
I forgot when I org bought this, I know it been many years. The product still works like new. I expected it to stop working from the ammount of times I been copying data back and forte.
I would def buy another one in the future when I need to.

I gave this flash 5 star because of many things.
1- The speed it's faster compare to others like (Kingstone, Adata, Infinity)
2- The design of the flash, it's easier to use compare to others and the size.
3- It has U3 which is very nice to use.
4- The strength of it. I forget it twice in my small jeans pocket and washed in 45c in the washing machine, and worked perfect after that :)
I still buy only Sandisk flash.
