great price, but remember that it's not a sports card. Sep 10, 2010 The price is right, but this is not a performance model. I bought this for my HTC Evo, so I could store more music etc. It has ample bandwidth for this and is fast enough for a smartphone, but I would not recommend it for more demanding applications, as data transfer rates are quite slow.
One should also note that this package does not include an adapter to non micro SD but you probably have enough of those already.
I have not tried wear testing on this card as I don't have the time, or , in fact, a second card to use once I'd tested to destruction. All flash is grass, but I have no reason to doubt the published figures.
net/net, its a Bedford van, not a Range Rover.
If you want the capacity and don't need the frills this card fits the bill.
Second purchase, these are a great value Sep 10, 2010 First one is working awesome in my Sandisk Sansa Clip Plus.
Paired this one with a nano card reader, I use it in the USB port of my car stereo.
Bulk packaging is fine with me.
Shipped fast was here in a day Sep 07, 2010 This shipped same day and was here the next, no issues and the price with shipping was an excellent value.
Works good Sep 06, 2010 Works really good. Formatted pretty quick. Data transfer speed is ok, not the best, not the worst. Good for phones and cameras where capacity is more important than speed.

Cheap and actually more than Class 2... Sep 06, 2010 Recently I bought a HTC Desire smartphone and wanted more than those 4GB of memory HTC offers. So I wanted either the 32GB (so far only Class 2) or a faster 16GB. Almost about to buy a Class 6 16GB card, I saw this offer on a 16GB Class 2 from the trustworthy SanDisk. Only 23.11$ plus tax and shipping - all in all 30$ compared to 50+$ for a Class 6 or 130$ for the 32GB. That was an easy choise. Afterwards I have been transferring a lot of files to my phone... music, videos, pictures and so on. That way I have a very good idea of the transferrate, and it seems to be around 4MB/s. That's the same as Class 4 even though they only say Class 2. A very pleasant experience. That way I can only give 5 stars for the performance, since I didn't expect more than around 2MB/s. Considering the low price, it's full value for my money. I was very, very pleased with this purchase.
