...and then it was over, just like that.
I received this 3g slim case about two weeks ago, and I loved it. Looks great, seems well made, fits perfectly - the cutout for the volume rocker and silence switch fit nicely. I was in love. But two weeks in, the soft "sueded" gunmetal coating has scratches, exposing the shiny black plastic below. Is this a huge problem? No, not really. But it isn't pretty. And folks, I wanted pretty. Does this effect function? No, but I'm gentle with my iPhone and for $10+ I expected this case to stay good-looking for at least a month or two. Won't buy this brand again, sadly.

Dropped my phone wearing this case, and since it has no lip around the screen like most cases, the screen shattered. Slim profile, but no protection.

I've tried a few iphone cases and this one is the best so far!
From first grab, you can tell this case means business. It is durable, yet lightweight, and very sleek. It goes around the phone just enough to protect, but not too much to be bulky.
I would recommend this to anyone with an iphone!

I'v had this case on my 3G iPhone for over a year and it has held up nicely. Very nice velvet like texture to it making it harder to let it slip out of my sometimes clumsy fingers. No cracks no wear on the finish and I especially like the design that shows off the Apple logo on the back.
