I have to admit, I was shocked when it wasn't that soft, squishy material like a pouch. However, this has been the coolest case. 3 of my friends loved mine so much that they each ordered one, and ordered a couple more for their other friends! It's hard plastic material that just feels kind of soft (fyi). It keeps the iPhone the same slim size, not making it a huge bulky thing, yet it still protects the back and sides. I'm still careful because I don't want to scratch the case either, but I haven't had any problems with it scratching. It goes in my purse against my wallet with metal trim on it and it goes in my cup holder in my car against the aluminum, and no scratches on the case. :) Hooray!
I even had a random person at a furniture store ask where I got my case because he liked how it looked so much!

Good looking case. Got the pink one for my wife's 1st gen iPhone, and she loves it. Snug fit and not bulky like other cases.

I love the color of the pink case. It is so slim, you don't notice that the phone has a cover on. It is not rubbery, but provides a slightly better grip than the phone itself.

This is my second purchase of this item, I ordered the silver one first, which was great but after about a year began to show sings of being dropped one too many times. I went for the pink this time around, love it! It's a great shade as it's not hot pink like most of the pink cases out there. It's the only case I have ever been happy with as it doesn't add any bulkiness to the phone itself. When I had the silver one no one could actually tell it was a case at all. If you get it you really should not be disappointed, especially for the price.

you have to know that this will make your iphone a tiny bit bulkier than with no protective backing, but compared to other cases Ive tried this is by far the best and i should have got this one in the first place.
the great thing about the soft polycarbonate case is that it looks great and it feels great in your hand. I find it allows for extra grip and although i dont often drop my phone I have dropped it on the cement once and the phone didnt take any damage at all.
this cover is easy to remove and put back on. its a nice decoration as opposed to the plain grey and black.
I would recommend anyone with an iphone get this product to protect their phone. its worth it.
