The device fits well into the folio, and no functionality is lost. All ports are still accessible. My TF201 dock hasn't yet been received, so I can't comment if it'll work with the dock.
Besides the low price and decent quality, this was the ONLY folio which I could find that had an elastic band for my Kensington 2nd Generation Apple iPad 1 and 2 / iPhone / iPod / Motorola Xoom Tablet / Galaxy / Blackberry Playbook Virtuoso Touch Screen Stylus and Pen (Black) Newest Model. I really wanted something which I could also carry my stylus with the device.
There are no instructions with the folio. If you haven't used a folio, you might have some issues learning how to make use of the viewing mounts. You will have to refer to the pictures here, to see that the little slot below the stylus, the back actually slides into there to hold the other side of the folio in place for display purposes. Time will tell if this piece holds up to the repeated bending required to slide the side into place. I have my eyes on another folio to be released in the near future, so this should get me by until that release date. :)
UPDATED - 4-6-12. After a few months of light use, the folding flap lost its rigidity, and no longer holds the TF201 in the 30 degree angle position. The back just pushes itself out, when you try and type in that orientation it completely falls flat. My keyboard dock also came at about the the same time, so this will likely meet the garbage can as it can't be used with the dock anyway.

This case for my Asus Transformer Prime (an excellent product also) is exactly what I was looking for. The build quality is first rate and all the slots/holes line up perfectly. The service was great and I received the case within 3 days! The leather appears to be "bonded" leather and is of really good quality. I love the loop in back to hold my stylus and I am completely satisfied with my choice and highly recommend this case.

This case was marketed for the Asus transformer prime tf201. While the case does fit the device, its floppy, and a bit loose. The tablet shouldn't fall out, but it really isn't as tight as I'd like. EDIT- It slid halfway out while I was walking into my school to teach a class with a bunch of books squeezed against my chest. I was so upset that I almost lost my tablet to concrete.... My earlier review stated that the cutouts were positioned incorrectly- they aren't. They actually fit well, just turn the tablet upside down and make it a bit more awkward. 4 stars- it looks great, but I was hoping for something from otterbox or other reputable company.

Great Case for a Great Price Jan 24, 2012

Was able to get this case for $9.99. Purchased it as a back up until a case arrived that would accommodated my tablet and docking station. I am very pleased with the quality of this product. If you are only going to get the tablet part of the Prime, this will make you very happy. It is very sturdy and well constructed. All the ports are very accessible. The order shipped very quickly and arrived within three days via USPS.

Got this case in the mail today and I must say it is a great case for the price. Although it doesn't seem to be real leather, the material is still really good. Although there is no slot for the speaker, it doesn't seem to affect sound quality in any way. My only gripe with the case is the way in which it is when you prop it up. Instead of the camera being up top when it is propped up, its at the bottom so its not very effective you want to use it propped up for video conferencing. In all other aspects this doesn't have any major affect. Overall I am very satisfied with the purchase, aside from the USPS curling it up and shoving it in my mailbox so it has a crease down the backside, but for the price you really can't beat it!
